The reason the business settled on roof insulation is simple enough. Conservatories are the room in a house most likely to be sitting unused, and the fix is far less drastic than most owners assume. Telling someone their room can be brought back for a fraction of what an extension costs is a good day’s work.

If insulated panels are not the right answer for your conservatory, we would rather say so and keep the reputation than take the job and leave you disappointed.

Where a job is notifiable, the certification gets dealt with properly — not left for you to find out about when a buyer’s solicitor asks.
